Flower order not delivered

I ordered New Year's Eve flowers on 28/20 for delivery on 12/30. Well, here it is Jan 3 and the flowers STILL have not been delivered. I have been on the line with Customer Service 3 days in a row and have been put on hold for up to 1 hour being passed from one person to another. There has been no explanation why this order was not delivered. This is a flower delivery service for God's sake .. I am so disgusted and will never ever use your service again. I am now told they will be delivered tomorrow, Monday, Jan 4, 2021. I'm not holding my breath.
