Checked website at 10 AM Eastern time they were on the truck for delivery as promised for 12 noon called when they werent delivered and they said they were on the truck still which was 3 PM Eastern time which means theyve been in the truck for six hours which means they were probably not very fresh and then got an email saying they were delivered and she still has not received those flowers and it is her birthday so tomorrow would not be an option I would appreciate it if someone could call me back in management hours this is really unacceptable thank you User's recommendation: Not happy.
