Ball Homes does not care about their customer or the quality of their work. It takes them almost a year to complete 1 home and it still isnt to perfection. They lack attention to detail. Painting and framework is sloppy. Baseboard and painting is rushed. They forgot to input shelving. Customer service is rude and their 24 hour emergency service is a joke.
