I have tried earlier to contact you but with no response. I have received my $4.99 trial offer of la mer timeless only to find it has been leaking in transit. Therefore I have lost much of the serum. I do have photos if you require. My order goes back to 14 August 2017 in 7 days time so I will be charged for another delivery WHICH I DO NOT WANT! I have not been able to use your product, so I hereby ask for a REFUND and request CANCELLATION. of any further deliveries,. Please attend to this NOW as the month trial period closes on 14th August 2017
