faulty life insurance and not paying on claims

My mother just passed away July 31, 2014...and had not only car insurance but life insurance with DIRECT GENERAL...NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND ANY WAY NOT TO COME THROUGH ON THEIR CLAIM MY MOTHER WAS PAYING ON. THIS COMPANY IS VERY STANDOFFISH AND THEY MAKE YOU SPEAK TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE NO MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY... HOW DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE READING MEDICAL RECORDS THAT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT MEDICAL RECORDS OR PROPER KNOWLEDGE OF A SITUATION? WHAT HURTS THE MOST IS SHE WAS PAYING FOR THIS CRAP.
