Absolutely appalling customer service. I placed an order over a month ago. It took that all that time to inform me that 60% of my order had now been sold to other customers. The frustration this has caused compels me to never buy from Ann Taylor or the Loft again. And do not blame this on COVID-19. All other Internet mail order sites I have used since April have filled my orders promptly. They did not leave me hanging for a month. Shame on you! User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Loft Outlet or Ann Taylor.
