Fasttech sent me a defective android set top box, i asked for a refund, and they wanted video proof that it was defective, then they wanted me to go get the cheapest shipping cost and let them know what it is before they would give me the RMA #...Now they wont refund me the shipping cost, they will give me a gift certificate for the shipping cost.. Yes I have contacted them, and they say there is no money to refund the shipping cost to me.. I told them to get the money from the manufacture who made the defective item. This is a very bad company to do business with,no customer help, and very sad way of treating a customer buying there items
