fast tech ignoring my request for a refund after a product did not arrive

order number: C082146847 After ordering a product in August 21st and paying extra fee for a 7-12 days shipping, I saw that it doesn't arrive and on september 20th wrote to Fasttech support. I was told one day later that "there are too many packages in the post office, they will take a long time to update the tracking information." and I was asked to wait 5-7 days. after that I wrote them again 5 days ago, asking for a refund. I did not receive any response and 2 days ago, wrote again, asking to not be ignored and for a refund. still, no response. attached is my correspondence with fast tech: #5. posted 12 days ago by you Hello I haven't received my order yet although it said it should be here by now. The fact are that I paid for a product. I paid for the product to arrive in 7-12 days. The order was made six weeks ago. The tracking have lost track since the 16th of last month. You are refusing to give me back my money and ignore my messages, there is one word for it, please, for the last time, pay me back my money.
