Fare Machine travel company deceptive practices
1
The hurricane hit Florida this September and my flight was cancelled. I went on line to find another flight and thought I was calling American Airlines. I got FARE MACHINE travel company out of Great Britain. They found me two tickets to Pittsburgh and said they were expensive but they were the last two seats. The tickets plus a rental car was $915. What they did not disclose was that their fee for booking the flight was $556.40, or an 80% FEE. I never found this out until I received my credit card bill. They lied about the ticket prices and and GOUDGED me because of the hurricane. I tried to get a refund but they refused. Then they overcharged my rental car by $73.87 for undisclosed restrictions. Don't call them ----Hazel Smith took advantage of the hurricane and ripped my off.
