Falsely representation

I Johnny Lawrence called last week around the 21st of Jan. and was offered service, at that time I was okay with everything. And I was told that by me having a medical waiver that the deposit could be waived. I sent in all the forms that was needed, now I am told something different than what I was told. I really feel that I was given the run arounds when this is a very serious matter. So now I am a dissatisfied customer and I will let everyone that tries to switch to you not to do so due to falsely representation. thank you very much and have a nice day.
