I recently had a horrific experience on a recent real estate purchase with blue heron realty co. I was forced to deal with them as they were the listing agent on the property next to my residence. It was the machipongo virginia office. even reported them to department of professional and occupational regulation who responded like any typical government office would with lack of involvement stating ..."the authority to discipline its licensees extends only as far as it is expressly set forth in the boards regulations and laws" no surprise there as it seems the only time the government gets involved is when it can enrich itself. so my take away from the government experience is ......its good to tell falsehoods and fabricate stories if you are able to enrich yourself from the effort. visit www.blueheronreality.com for more details. beware the blue heron.
