False job abandonment dismissal

Mr. Ramsden - I will not participate in your "Voluntary Exit Survey" because there is nothing voluntary about this situation. I did not abandon my job. More importantly, Allied cannot prove my job abandonment. I am agreeable to full reinstatement of my employment with Allied. In so doing, Allied and William E. Lloyd can go forward on amicable terms. I hope and suspect that Allied HR has access and has reviewed text messages between Mr. Simpson, Ms. Rodriguez, et. al., and myself. These text messages fully support my position. NO JOB ABANDONMENT!!! As a law school graduate with a Juris Doctor degree, I am donning my legal hat. There are many legal issues available for me to explore in these regards including, but not limited to: 1. Allied's failure to use "best efforts" and/or "best business practices" standards to notify or get in touch with me regarding 85 Company Training modules; and 2. Failure to prove alleged job abandonment with documentation of same, which I have formally requested; documentation of notice to me of 85 Company Training Modules, deadlines, etc. by phone call, phone message, phone text(s), email(s), or letter(s). Allied has all of my contact information but did not contact me until the afternoon of May, 22, 2020.; and 3. Allied's failure to follow the "reasonableness" standard for the completion of the 85 Company Training Modules. On the May 22, 2020 phone call I was told completion of all of these lessons has a deadline of May 22, 2020, the same day. This is an impossible task and was told to get it done ASAP. I took this to heart and completed the 85 lesson modules on May 27, 2020; a task that Allied employees had three weeks to complete. I reported completion to Ms. Rodriguez, my Manager, the same day, May 27, 2020; and 4. Age discrimination due to my age. I am 74 years old. The overwhelming age range of the new hires population is 18 to 39. My age of 74 is regarded as a negative in Allied's insurance coverage; and 5. Misstatements of facts by Allied personnel regarding alleged notice of (my) job abandonment to me; and 6. Conspiracy to use job abandonment as a vehicle for my termination. Job abandonment effectively forestalls Unemployment Benefits claims because it is allegedly voluntary. The conspiracy took the form of cutting me off from any interaction with my Allied co-workers through eHub, Workplace and Work Chat. I repeatedly asked for help from Allied IT and my co-workers to fix my access issues with Company websites throughout the month of May, 2020. I have text messages to confirm these efforts; and 7. Allied's Wrongful Termination of William E. Lloyd based upon an unsubstantiated claim of job abandonment is a direct and purposeful contradiction to the true and actual facts; and 8. Allied's Uninterrupted Weekly Paychecks to William E. Lloyd through June 4, 2020, (two days after this writing) does not support any theory of my job abandonment; and 9. Failure of Allied to formally notify me in writing of termination of my employment as of this date, June 2, 2020; and 10. Further exploration and review of Texas Statutes regarding "Elderly Financial Abuse" and/or "Conspiracy" (civil or criminal) by Allied Universal will be researched. Mr. Ramsden, Vice President of Allied Human Resources, I implore you reinstate my employment status with Allied. I love my job at Allied and enjoy the daily give-and-take with my fellow security officers. The alleged job abandonment is seriously at odds with all the facts of this situation. I showed up on time every day at work. My work ethic is very good and is affirmed by my Manager and other Allied personnel that tell me how important I am to the Allied Team. Upon notice of the Company Training 85 modules on May 22, 2020, I dove into the lessons with an urgency and determination to get it done ASAP (as requested by Allied). I successfully passed all 85 lessons in a few days time instead of three weeks allotted for this task. My actions do not support Allied's claim of my job abandonment. Unfortunately, the news media love David versus Goliath situations; a senior citizen against the large, uncaring company that takes away his source of income, his livelihood in an unjust and capricious manner. Buzz words like "FINANCIAL ELDERLY ABUSE" and/or "CONSPIRACY" tied to "ALLIED UNIVERSAL" will get a lot of attention.. I do not want to go down that road unless forced to do so.
