False & Fraud sales tactics salesman

Update by user Jul 17, 2019 I being able to reach the company phone at least three times and each time requested that the service be cancel and they not return to my home. I was submitted a bill for June and no pest control services have not be don on my property that I know of or did they trespass on property and they ASK not to step foot on property to spray anything. On the 8th of July, 2019, I received a another bill for June 1st. 2019 again. Once, again l am repeating myself about canceling service again and why are they billing me for service that they have not preformed and Ardent pest control stated to me " well you are still in our billing cycle", and you owe us this bill. I am seeking to let everyone no about this company because I no that I am not the only one they have done this type negative business practice too. Read other reviews on this company. Original review posted by user Jul 17, 2019 I am Disable Veteran just purchased a new home and a Ardent Pest Control salesman approached me outside to tell me about the service and that my other neighbors are using them for lawn and pest control: that was not the truth I letter found out) and then offered me a trial discount at the veteran discount of $ 29.00 and not $99.00. Before I agree I asked for proof of business by ask for a card and the salesman showed me a laptop with the company name & logo. However, he new how to hide the information on the laptop that covered up contractual obligation. So, I felt that I was dealing with small business company that was not locking me into any contract of service. MY problem is the salesman was asked that directly " is this a contract, because I don't want to be locked into any CONTRACT, I don't want type of company to do business with" and the Ardent salesman said to me " No its not a CONTRACT but we do ask that you give at least five months before you stop the service with us", and I said okay then walked myself right into TRAP. This company brought paper work the day of service which states that I signed & agreed to a contract the day I made a signature on the salesman laptop for payment of first spray inside my house. A that time I did not sign the paper contract that bought out to my house and told them that " a CONTRACT was discussed with the salesman before I agreed to scheduled the pest control service and explicitly expressed that I DID NOT WANT locked int a and did not appreciate being tricked into a CONTRACT issue with them by false advertisement or false misrepresentation. NOW, they are charging me for services that I have not received and I have tried to work with company by phone. THEY, told me they have the right to come out to my house when told them that would be trespassing if they did and the the police would be called if they did come out after I expressed canceling service with them. PHONE calls about billing for services answer that they did not preformed , has lead to this company charging me again.. Fraudulently, this company seeks to practice bad business tactics by breaking the rules and lying to obtain customers business......this has got to stop.
