Failure to exceed customer expectations.

Purchased car last evening and within 24 hours brought back to Jeff Wyler Kia Fairfield for low tire pressure where the service department proceeded to cause major damage to the vehicle. The dealership, and specifically it’s manager Nick, has failed to exceed consumer expectations. See attached for photo evidence of severe neglect and extreme carelessness by Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield. If I could provide less than a one star rating, I would certainly do so. I will never purchase another vehicle from the Jeff Wyler automotive group and will highly recommend nobody else do so either.
