Failure to Delver or acknowledge email questions

On 5 May 21 I ordered through the Victorian Plumbing Website, a Bayswater Stiffkey Blue Porchester Soft Close Toilet Seat and paid the sum of £125.19 which included delivery charges. To date, despite frequent emails I have had no Order Number, no Invoice and no delivery date. Their website still shows this item as being in stock. I have twice requested either a response or my money back; all I have had back is a list of FAQs which bear no resemblence to my questions.
