Failure to apply discount

On June 10, 2021 I ordered three pair of cargo shorts online from Union Bay. I received a pop up window offering me a ten percent discount. I clicked on the offer but it was never applied. I completed the purchase On order 94780 without discount. Today June 11,2021 I received an email offering me a ten percent discount sitewide today only. So I bought two more pair on order 94970. I applied the discount code three times but each time the site ignored me and processed the order at regular price. This is unacceptable and I want the second order cancelled User's recommendation: Don’t shop here.
