Failed to delivery rebate

Same as the others, was supposed to get a $25 gift card for buying beer and $50 worth of groceries. Get to the site and it won't let me upload the receipt. Spoke to their customer service and they told me to keep using a different browser until it works. No browsRebates are a lieer works. Utter scam.
