Failed product and epic failure in customer resolution

I stained my deck and the stain did not hold up-2nd time used product, followed all instruction regarding cleaning, stain removal, wood conditioner and new applovation. This was June of 2016, in February of this year, noticed as the snow was melting the stain had not held up. Contacted Behr in Feb 2018 complete with numerous photos of the before and after and receipts. Have had the worst customer service -submitted forms and three weeks later ge emails that I need to submit the forms. Calls go unanswered as do emails. Would not recommend any products going forward as a result of loss of confidence both in the product and the customer responsiveness and no satisfaction/resolution.
