I purchased a pair of 527 jeans for my 72 year old husband. I bought them online not too long ago. Through no fault of his own, they have split open on the right back side directly above the back pocket. It's not on a seam but in the fabric. What can you do for us? We have purchased Levi's for 40 years. The thickness and quality of the material has been a disappointment, especially in men's jeans. The knees go out very fast, but this time it was in the fabric. I will be glad to send a photo.
