F24 Code

I called to get service for my dishwasher purchased last February. The bottom dishwasher shows an F24 code. You gave me the name of Franks Appliance in Milford for service. I called and they only work on appliances if you purchase it from them. I purchased my dishwasher at Lowes. So now what do I do? I have called everyday customer service and never get to a live person. The model number is DD24DAX9 n Serial number NKG332008
