Expected Credit & Confirmation of Cancellation

I ordered several items and some were on back order. I called but no one is currently available to help by phone. I opened at chat on their web site and spoke with "Windy B." in Dallas. Through the chat, I requested cancellation of 3 items I hadn't yet received and Windy B. told me she would cancel them. There was not an option to get an email transcript of our chat, and though I requested a confirmation email for the cancellation, I've yet to receive it. I followed up with an email to CustomerService@***.com requesting confirmation of the cancellation, but I've received no reply thus far. Personally, I won't order from them again strictly based on their lack of dedication to customer service. User's recommendation: If there's a chance you may need to return the item, don't order from HerRoom.com.
