I purchased the Navigator club product. Interestingly you have a 3 day cooling off period but they will only provide logon details after 5 days. Once I logged on I realized that the savings sold to me did not exist. But it was too late. I complained and was simply dismissed. You can get the same savings online via Expedia, Wotif etc for free without having to pay the 4K USD fees. In my opinion this service is a scam and a disgrace. You will never get your money back and the savings they say you will make simply do not exist on their website. User's recommendation: Do not buy this product.
