Everything is good, except the packaging

I received exactly what I expected. The description on the website was pretty good. And they had lots of photos. No complaints about that. But the packaging was a real disaster. The box was crumpled and damaged badly. It looked horrible when it arrived. Fortunately, the product is OK. But that was pure luck! Looks like they strive to save on boxes. Bad practice. Or they should find another delivery company. Maybe, that’s the problem. Hope next time the order will look better. Then I will give 5 stars.
