When I first started with this company, they took over a month to finally install my services. The guy who came out was an AT&T technician. I was told my rate was 38.95 a month with no strings attached. 8 months later I'm moving down the street to a new house and asked to transfer my services. They told me I could not transfer my service, but I could pay a cancelation then pay an installation fee for the new house. They told me that I had a one year agreement and they would have to charge me for the remaining year (4 months) as well. I never signed a contract nor entered into an agreement with this company. That is exactly one of the reasons I chose this company because I did not want to enter into the usual 2 year contracts that other internet providers require. "Customer Service" is rude and very unclear. While I was speaking to the customer service agent they charged my account the fees before we even came to a solution. This company has the same practices as the other internet providers. I do not recommend using them.
