I enrolled by BPI Savings Account into Mobile Banking while I'm still in the Philippines right before I leave and try to follow the instruction to activate my card by verifying it in your ATM after I created the account but the problem is when I open my BPI Apps it says it not yet activated and still need to verify again. Unfornately I was currently sailing(international vessel) and have no chance to go in any ATM, I was hoping if you could do any possible action to activate my account so I could transfer money, It was badly needed by my parents. I was hoping for your immediate response. Thank you and God bless.
