Email link not working

I was chatting trying reset password to file a claim. I spoke with three different agents to explain the link weren't being sent to my email. I remember Jess, Matt, Mark, no one could figure out why the email that suppose confirm your email while filing claim or setting up account. Someone from the company need contact me ASAP about this claim, and have the ITT tech need check website. Here's my information Teresa email: twillis39@***.net (318) 207-****
