Eden books what a company, went on line to order a D.V.D. which was clearly displayed and they sent me a book instead, e mailed off for the correct item or a refund. And they said I ordered a book, to receive a refund I would have to pay for the item to be returned recorded delivery. I wonder has anybody else had dealing with this company? The company seem unable to take responsibility for their mistake. I have sent a e mail to the company showing the advertisement which clearly shows the item in question as a D.V.D., as yet I have still not received an explanation.
