Eagle Cleaners in Jupiter Florida GUARANTEED me that my daughter's comforter would be ready before she was leaving for college at week's end! That guarantee was the ONLY reason I left it with them that morning! Needless to say it wasn't back from their off-premises dry-cleaning plant in-time and their counter staff couldn't have cared less inspite of them clearly remembering their promise that it would be ready for her to pick-up in-time! Great customer service, right??? The plant is now closed until next week and I will have the added expense of packing and shipping the comforter to her at school. Yes - I'm pissed...and will NEVER use this company again!
