Duplicate billing and then charged late fees on incorrect invoices

1

Update by user Mar 25, 2021 Final communication with Regus ended with the rep telling me that I should have paid the incorrect invoices and higher amounts demanded by Regus and then sought out a refund. Who pays more than they are supposed to and then asks the company for their money back?!! Was told that because I didn't pay the incorrect invoices, that late fees are valid. Thereafter, I ended my relationship with Regus. They now harass me via e-mail and phone and threaten legal action, harm to my credit, etc. Original review posted by user Feb 23, 2021 Billed twice for October and then charged late fees on a bill that wasn't owed in the first place. It's pretty obvious from my billing statement that I was never presented with a correct invoice amount since my November 3rd bill. Late fees from a duplicate invoice in October followed month to month to month. In fact, a bill from October still shows unpaid from when I was billed twice in the same month! Regus screwed up and credited my November invoice not the duplicate invoice and this caused a late fee to issue from the duplicate invoice not being paid. The late fee then issued on every single invoice since their duplicate billing and improper crediting happened. I refuse to pay incorrect invoices and have asked for MONTHS to get this corrected. It has taken THREE MONTHS to be told that somehow I am responsible for paying incorrect invoices on time. WHAT??!! Who pays incorrect invoices? There hasn't been a correct bill issued by Regus since November 3rd and then Regus turned around and paid the November 3rd invoice when they should have paid the duplicate bill from back in October. This is beyond ridiculous at this point. Customer service failed to respond for months and then when they did finally respond in e-mails, they blamed me for not paying the bills that were for the wrong amount! To be told that I owe late fees for not paying incorrect invoices on time is truly astounding customer service. November had a late fee from the duplicate bill of October. I did not owe on two bills in one month. December bill then had late fees from incorrect November bill and duplicate bill from October still sitting out there as unpaid. Month after month it just piles on as an incorrect amount due is demanded by Regus while the duplicate invoice from October, 2020 and the late fees associated with it are still sitting there on my account. User's recommendation: Use another service.
