Dubious pricing practises

1

A fell for the sales pitch at Logan airport, where the salesperson pitch me for American Airlines miles credit by joining a solar energy program for my home electricity. He did not mention that my supplier for electricity delivered to my house will be switched to NRG Energy and at 50% higher cost than what my current distributor Eversourece was charging. He never mentioned the name NRG. I never received any communications or correspondence from NRG. I did not see any miles added to my Miles account. I feel like I was scammed.
