We have had a leak ever since we bought a washer and dryer on Sept 4, 2020. We have summoned plumbers, repairmen, carpenters, and Maytag repairmen in to solve the problem. We have cut holes in walls and the ceiling to make sure that pipes were not the problem. The last repairman switched the motor of the dryer so that it does not shake as much. However, even that repair has not solved the problem. We have written to Maytag on Aug 19, 2021, asking them to reimburse us for the machines or to replace them and remain after installation to establish that the leaks have stopped.
