Our Burleson TX location at 547 Wilshire Blvd is extremely busy with 2 drive thru lanes. However, was in lane 1 when the person in front of me had a list she was reading off. By the time I paid I ended up waiting over 15 minutes behind her. This is not right. The day is almost 100 it was 1:15pm car running, A/C not really cooling off now that your just idiling. They should have any person with a long list to move up. The 2nd lane was moving fast with the poor kid outside delivering the drinks & food. Other food drive thru's make you move up. They need to readjust their way of drive thru. User's recommendation: Unless people complain nothing will be done.
