Dreadful Customer Service

Suddenly, 19 February 2018, $24 was taken out of my account by DAZ 3D for a Premium Membership that I know nothing about and did not authorize. I tried to find a customer service number, They have one but it goes to dead air. I have put in a help ticket , but they don't have "took money out of my account fraudulently" listed. It took me several attempts to submit my claim. Who knows if I will every hear from them... Try to contact customer service, just try. It is not possible. DAZ is not a reputable company, they don't offer customer service and once they have your credit card information you will have to cancel the card to get them to stop using it. Run, run away from DAZ.
