What a dreadful company, booked a helicopter experience which was cancelled 3 times, they tried on all occasions to get another £50 to upgrade ! Then, after the final date was agreed I got an email 5 days before to say it was " cancelled" and I would get a refund in 3 days. After 5 days (still no refund!), I called the mobile number for Experify which now seems to go to the person who ran (or runs) this shower, and got promised a refund that day... It still didn't materialize ! Thank goodness for the PayPal resolution centre !!! For those who cant get through to Experify on their old number and are trying to get their money back, try this mobile : [protected] ! Good luck and please avoid this company.
