Drain pipe not angkles properly to transfer water from my house to the main sewer system’

1

My house is on a small hill and the drain leading from house into the main sewer was installed incorrectly, in that it is angled back towards my house.. The drain leading from my house is at an angle that allows water to back up into my house. The angle should be pointed down, allowing gravity to drain the water into the main sewer system. Called Crown several times and visited their offices as well. Still no response. I hired a plumber twice to clean the system and drain the pipe. Their suggestion was to have the builder to correct the problem. However, Crown will not respond to my requests. How do I get this problem resolved?
