I have the 30 inch GE Profile double ovens. They were installed 5/25/2018. The ovens went out on 11/24/2020 and are still not working today 2/7/2021. Ovens that you pay over $3000.00 for or even lesser should not be out this soon. I do not cook every day. According to the company working on them, they have put several parts and computers on these and the parts are no good. They say GE parts have downgraded. GE need to step up and do something because you are going to miss out on a lot of business. I have been a GE customer for over 25 years but trust me, no more. I have gone through two major holidays with supposed to be top of the line appliance not working. The repair people downgraded GE parts, and they need to learn how to respect the customer things. They tore my cabinet up too weak to lift the ovens in as they should. User's recommendation: Check reviews on all sites before buying GE or any other product. I checked but just got a lemon I guess.
