After two series wrong charges for waste pickup (rate $29 but charge $117 and then $82), it was just a nightmare calling them to make the correction. Initially, they credited back $70, but next period was charged for $82 again (existing $70 credit plus $12 new charges in credit card). Talked to a few people, many appeared nice and said they will correct that by credit back (10/3, 10/15) and then call me back to confirm. But I never got the call. Don’t want to get wrong charge again, I have to follow-up. Finally, on 10/17 they confirmed the rate is $29.26, but said they cannot correct what was done before. WHAT?! Even though the charge was wrong, more than doubling the rates. I just could not believe this from a working business in US.
