Double charged/fraudulently charged

There is a charge from this company that was not made by nor approved by me. I attempted to contact them and their phone line was not in operation due to COVID which I took as an excuse. I was told that in order for them to refund my 158 dollars, I would have to provide an original bank statement. This seems very sketchy. I have chase and they are only generated at the end of the month. This charge popped up conveniently after the last statement was created. In order for me to get a refund, I would have to wait a month until the next statement is created. I notified chase of fraud and will be trying to fix the issue.Dont use User's recommendation: Don't use checking account to make purchases with this company.
