Double charged and they can’t resolve it

Ordered from Evine and they put a hold on my PayPal funds until the order could ship - ok fine. Then when they ship the order they charge my PayPal account and still have a hold that is 10 days old. Customer service said they are supposed to renew the hold every 7 days and take it off when the order ships. Instead they are tiring up my money and do nother about it. Now Customer service says it might take 3-4 days to drop off. If it doesn’t drop off call PayPal. They can’t even resolve their own problems. Don’t buy from them. This is so unethical. You can get the same thing cheaper somewhere else.
