Don’t Purchase

2/22 I contacted the company regarding my extended warranty service. I purchased in 2016 and was told to contact the Claim office. When I called the claim office that person said I was NOT covered. I called the 855-494-**** and was told I was covered. Only to go back and forth for 4 weeks to learn that because I paid in full Safeguard did NOT fund the Claim office. Leaving me with a Rental car and my car in the shop. I called on 3/4 and a man told me that we told you it was our fault how many time s are you going to call. He later called me right back and said the check was being mailed to the Claims office that day. Only to call on 3/15 to find out that the claims office did not received the check. I called on Safeguard again for this same man to tell me that the check was mailed on 2/28. How is that possible when he told me that it was mailed on 3/4/19. The problem is that Safeguard never thought I would submit a claim and so they ever funded the carrier. What a big fraud. 3/18 still no check and car still in SHOP.
