Don’t expect them to honor the terms in the plan you choose

With family, friends and neighbors working furiously to coordinate to combat this pandemic, they keep shutting my unlimited texting off on Friday night, and they are closed for the weekend? No other phone service provider closes at 5pm and stays closed for the weekend. They're making millions, but they can't work weekends? Outrageous! None of this is in any terms of use provided to customers. Nowhere on any of their websites is texting limited in California, but it does say, they're supposed to notify ALL customers in advance, when they have only 20Mb left, but they don't do that either, and how coincidental it always happens when they are closed for the next few days? Then, when you reach them Monday morning, it's: okay, we'll give you 750 additional words ? GIVE ME ??? Unlimited means unlimited. We have a contract. Don't do me any favors. They're in violation of their duty to provide service and the contract is with the Federal Government, but where's the oversight ??? Where's the Federal watchdog ??? Who in authority is verifying their service even works ? Their voicemail service is worthless. It takes up to 48 hours to get a voicemail, doesn't tell you what number called and it's not timestamped when the call came in, but of course if you want to know when the call came in or what the number was it takes 5 minutes of going through a long menu that often fails and hangs up on you. They're more like phone companies in third world countries than the US. The threat they hold over your head is they are refusing to transfer your number if you change providers. I know of several people that have dumped them, and lost their numbers. When I called and asked about it, they told me they don't have to let you keep your number ? It's the law but they didn't even know ? To top it off, their complaints page is a 404 error, Page does not exist sham. How can we force them to plainly state their terms and conditions? Perhaps a lawsuit? FCC ? I know the BB is a pay to play joke. If there's an ambitious attorney out there, here I am. In sum: A sneaky company, whose plan starts with a rip off, misinformation and false promises and extorts customers. Go elsewhere if you can.
