I pay $35.50 a week for Aflac that's over $1700 a year i paid that over 3 1/2 years i got in a car accident that wasn't my fault when it came time to apply for short term disability they said they needed these forms i gave it to them 2 weeks went by no response from them on line, email , phone so i called them they said i need 3 more forms i had those 3 forms faxed to them a.s.a.p plus up loaded them i got a email saying they recieved them for over a week when I look on line it says pending for review need more documents its been over a month I've been out of work doctors orders said be off 6 weeks pretty much they're gonna b.s & wait another week and half till i return to work so they can 100% get away with thier con and say you able to work so you dont need disability they're shady please pass the word around so no one else can get suckered..
