So many problems accessing swann cameras. They let you down just when you need them. Right now you can't get a live view at all. Just a message saying they will fix the problem shortly. What rubbish! That message has been displaying for the last two weeks. Their customer service is non existent! If I could give them no stars, I would. Recommend you stay well clear. Time2 make a much better system. User's recommendation: Stay well clear of Swann cctv systems.
