Don’t want to make repair under the warranty

Affiliated Contracting Consultants were hired by me in January. They fixed some problems with my roof, changed windows and replaced bay window. 6 months later the problems appeared again. I have the warranty and I wanted to use it but it seems like they keep ignoring me.
