I used JCpenny outdoor portrait to take family photos 11 days ago. I have not received my images and after several phone calls to customer service was told I have to wait longer. I was also told other people don’t have this problem and the got the images right away. I asked to speak to someone directly related to this issue and was told I couldn’t and that outdoor photography is responsible and I cannot call them.
