Don’t treat costumers contract after making a mistake

So I called order my food for take out and drove to pick it up. Just finishing a long 13 hour shift and was vary hungry. Upon arrival I found that I was charged 3 x for my order and accidents happen the one issue was that I only had enough to pay for three orders but only ordered one as my money was reverted I was forced to wait 3 to 5 days until it would be cleared my bank then they went to charge me for my one order but the transaction would not go through because I did not have the money because the refund was pending. So I sat there SOL with no money and no dinner asking them hey can I at least have my dinner Ill come back and pay when the money is cleared I was then told Know that I had to have the money to clear in order to have my dinner So they left me with no dinner and no money thats *** not a way you should treat a customer after you make a mistake
