I ordered a dress from Dillard’s online and it ended up being huge. It was a mini dress with elastic at the waist and the elastic was so big that it hung down around my hips and the length was way down past my knees, so I returned it. I waited and waited for a refund. Even got an email that said they had received my return and issued a refund. I found no refund anywhere and called their helpline. The man was very rude and stated that they had mailed me a gift card. Unfortunately, where they mailed it is not where I live, it is a place I was staying when I ordered the dress because we were out of town for a wedding. From what this very rude man said, there aren’t willing to cancel that gift card and issue me a new one at my home address. I also would have preferred an actual refund and not a gift card. Never ordering from them online again.
