Don’t do what they say!

When you say you're going to have my equipment delivered in three days and now it's going on ten, there is a major problem with the way you conduct business! I can see maybe a one-day delay possibly two. But not seven. And don't give me the excuse it's a three-day weekend. It moved from Wisconsin to Minnesota on Labor Day. And now it's sitting for at least one more day. So now your saying maybe Thursday! Are you going to recoup the loss I have from not being able to chop my corn? That's a $20,000 corn head sitting there, sitting there! Costing me money by not being in the field. Are you going to recoup the lost time and yield by not doing your job and delivering on time? I get nothing but excuses when I call customer service. Everyone save your time and money and use a company that actually cares about their customers and isn't full of excuses! User's recommendation: Don’t use them!
