This person is a scam artist. Do not believe what he says. He will break his promises. He will never provide an LOI even though he says its coming any day now. He will keep giving excuses. What the person said prior to my statement is dead on. Same exact thing happened to me. Do not trust this man. He claims to know all the banks and has a good relationship with everyone but for some reason he can't deliver what he promises. Do not give this man money up front, if he really wants to earn your business he will get the loan for you without a deposit.
