Dometic 300 toilet

Would love to replace this very cheap toilet in my new RV but due to rough in, am unable to get one to fit. Is there a replacement toilet seat for the Dometic 300? User's recommendation: Stay away from this toilet. It makes all kinds of noise when in use.
